Phase 1

  • Months 1-3

  • Pay: Transition pay + Direct Reward Pay + Tactical allowance

  • Focus: Meeting with Fans and setting up accounts

  • Tools: Client Brochure, Recare Brochure, $100 Promo card

  • Goals: 10 new clients in months 1—3, Recare with 25% of new clients, meeting with referral alliances

Phase 2

  • Months 4 - 7

  • Pay: Transition pay +Direct Reward Pay + Tactical allowance

  • Focus: Building connections and promoting the Reach brand with 80 selected offices

  • Tools: Territory Warming, Potential Client Experience visits, client referrals

  • Goals: 8 new clients each month, Recare with 25% of new clients, referral meeting with client 1X/week

  • Recognition: 50 clients, 10 Recare clients

Phase 3

  • Months 8 -10

  • Pay: Direct Reward Pay + Trip Charge

  • Focus: Building connections and promoting the Reach brand with next 60 selected offices, Client referrals

  • Tools: Territory Warming, Potential Client Experience visits, client referrals

  • Goals: 4 new clients each month, Recare with 25% of new clients, referral meeting with client 1X/week

  • Recognition: 3 LHD

Phase 4

  • Months 11+

  • Pay: Direct Reward pay and Trip Charge

  • Focus: Growing through client referrals

  • Tools: Client referral meetings

  • Goals: 4 new clients until Month 20, 2 new clients/mo thereafter, Recare with 25% of new clients

  • Recognition: 75 clients, 20 Recare clients, 4 LHD
