Compensation: Average $6,400/mo with vehicle allowance

Phase 2 – Stable Phase – Months 10 – 24

​​Goals: Grow to 55 active clients with 25 on Recare and 2.5 LHD

​

Growth Process: Monthly Coaching – Client referrals & Equipment Health Check

​

Compensation: Average $7,700/mo with vehicle allowance

Phase 3 – Mature Phase – Months 25 – 36

​​Goals: Grow to 65 active clients with 30 on Recare and 3 LHD

​

Growth Process: Monthly Coaching – Client referrals & Equipment Health Check

​

Compensation: Average $10,200 with Trip Charge

Phase 4 – Partner Phase – Months 37+

​​Goals: 75 active clients with 35 on Recare and 3+ LHD

​

Growth Process: Quarterly check in – Client referrals & Equipment Health Check

​

Compensation: Approx $11,300 and up, Stewardship account​
