Q3 2025 brought steady, meaningful growth on all fronts that we celebrated at Reach Rally.

Big Wins Across the Team
🚀 Avery Galindo passed the 25-client milestone — and did it in less than 3 months. That’s what happens when drive meets opportunity.
🔥 Dean Smith and JR Simard both went over 75 active clients, solidifying their status as true dedicated technician leaders. Each continues to show what happens when relationships, trust, and professionalism become daily habits.
🤝 We welcomed Andrew Tygett to the Reach team, launching our presence in the Phoenix market. Andrew brings strong technical ability, incredible energy, and a passion for delivering “wow” service to every office he visits.
Building Stronger Industry Connections
We also expanded our manufacturer partnerships, adding Acteon, DentalEZ, and Royal. These partnerships give our technicians better access to training, parts, and product knowledge — so they can take even better care of their clients.

📈 More than 100 new dental practices selected Reach as their trusted service provider this quarter.💰 Revenue climbed 26% compared to Q3 2024 — another step forward on our path to sustained, high-performance growth.
Innovation and Outreach
We developed a new AI-powered tool that transforms technician voice memos into fully formatted Recare Equipment Health Reports — a massive time-saver that helps our techs communicate their value more clearly than ever.
And through LinkedIn, we reached out to more than 600 dental technicians across the country — sharing our story, our success model, and our message that there’s a better way to build your technician career.
