Momentum Phase – Months 19-27

Goals: Grow to 65 active clients with 30 on Recare and 3 LHD

Approx Avg Monthly Compensation$9,100 with Trip Charge

Impact Phase – Months 28-36

Goals: 75 active clients with 35 on Recare and 3+ LHD
