One of the most joyful parts of my CEO role is spending time in the field with our technicians.

Last week, I had the opportunity to co-travel with Brandon Ford. These days matter to me because they keep me connected to our technicians, our clients, and the work that matters most.
What stood out about Brandon was his attention to detail and desire to make sure things are done right.
During a Recare visit, he was thorough, attentive, and took the time to explain what he was seeing and why it mattered. Just as importantly, he listened.
Technical skill builds confidence. Listening and communication build trust.
Watching our technicians serve clients at a high level continues to be a great source of pride and joy for me. It's where I get to see our purpose come to life.
Thanks for a great day, Brandon.
For the technicians out there: How often do you get the opportunity to spend meaningful time in the field with your company's leadership? Has it made a difference in your career?
