At Reach, Rally was built to regularly celebrate technician success and accomplishment. It's a chance to recognize growth, sharpen one another, and remember that great things happen when exceptional people are committed to a shared purpose.
This quarter, we put on our Rally caps and had plenty to celebrate.

The accomplishments started with our technicians. Dean Smith and Brandon Thomas both surpassed the 100-client milestone in their territories. Mike Fiske exceeded 75 active clients, and Andrew Tygett broke through the 25-client mark. Those aren't just numbers. They represent trust earned, relationships built, and clients choosing to partner with a technician who consistently delivers.
Several technicians also exceeded their growth goals. Dean added 11 new clients against a goal of 8, while Andrew added 17 against a goal of 16. Growth like that doesn't happen by accident. It comes from discipline, referrals, proactive service, and a genuine commitment to helping practices succeed.
As a team, we continued building tools that help us serve clients at a higher level. We launched the Equipment Health Check, creating more opportunities for preventive conversations. We rolled out our new Potential Client Visit process and Field Notes. We sharpened our referral and Recare skills through team workshops. We launched the Reach Partner Program to recognize longevity, contribution, and commitment. And our team absolutely rocked it in our recent promotion with ProEdge.
One of my favorite parts of the first five months was spending time in the field. Every co-travel reminded me of the caliber of people we have on this team and the difference they make for clients every day.
I also had the opportunity to share what I call the sacred story of belief and resiliency. I shared parts of my own journey, the story of Mailchimp, and a simple conviction: when you truly believe in something—your people, your service, and your purpose—you find a way through difficult seasons.
Five months down.
Momentum is building.
And I couldn't be more excited about where this team is headed.
