Q3 Reach Rally: Celebrating Technician Success and the Reach Difference

2 min read

Another great Reach Rally! We came together to celebrate Q3 technician accomplishments, recognize some impressive milestones, and share what makes the Reach approach to equipment service so special.

Reach Rally

Our Hero recognitions included Mike Fiske surpassing 3 LHD, Andrew Tygett breaking through 50 clients, and Brandon Thomas growing his Recare program to more than 20 clients. Three different accomplishments, each representing dedication, consistency, and a commitment to serving clients well.

And the success didn't stop there!

Our team achieved its quarterly new-client growth goal, with Andrew leading the way by adding 18 new clients. We also celebrated three consecutive months of growth in labor billings, Equipment Health Checks, and Recare clients. It's exciting to see the team's efforts translating into continued growth across the company.

But one of my favorite parts of Rally was hearing our technicians celebrate what makes Reach different.

Having a dedicated technician who knows the office and its equipment. Being proactive rather than waiting for something to break. Taking the time to teach dental teams how to properly maintain their equipment and feel confident doing it.

These aren't just nice things to do. They make a meaningful financial difference for our clients.

Preventive service helps eliminate lost production, reduce unnecessary service calls, and extend equipment life. More importantly, it allows dental teams to spend less time worrying about equipment and more time caring for patients.

Hearing our technicians talk enthusiastically about these things was particularly rewarding. They understand that our success comes from helping our clients succeed.

That's what Reach Rally is all about — celebrating technician accomplishments, sharing what works, and recognizing the special team we've built.

Congratulations, guys! Another terrific quarter, and plenty to look forward to in Q4.
