Rally was created to regularly recognize and celebrate technician success. On July 29, we came together for our Q2 Reach Rally — and there was a lot worth celebrating.

Our Hero recognitions started with two pretty remarkable production milestones.
In June, his sixth month in his territory, Brandon Ford blew through 3.0 LHD, 3.5 LHD and 4.0 LHD — all in the same month.
Dean Smith continued building on years of steady growth, surpassing 3.5 LHD in April and then breaking through 4.0 LHD in June.
But the story wasn't just Brandon and Dean. Every technician showed nice growth during Q2, with Mike Fiske leading the way.
What I enjoyed most was hearing the team talk about why their territories are growing.
Their answers weren't complicated: client referrals. Sticking to the plan. The power of Recare. Being present and available. Serving their communities.
Those are things any great technician can do — consistently.
We also recognized what's HOT right now. Andrew Tygett added eight new clients in July and completed 10 Equipment Health Checks in June and nine more in July. Brandon Ford completed five Referral Alliance meetings, building relationships that can continue producing opportunities well into the future.
And we're not standing still.
Our Q3 goals include welcoming two new technician teammates, adding 50 new clients, growing Recare participation from 25% toward 40% of our client base, and rolling out our new Inventory AI Intelligence system.
Rally is always one of my favorite days because we get to stop, recognize progress and learn from each other's success.
Q2 gave us plenty to celebrate.
More importantly, it gave us plenty to build on.
