Reach Rally: Celebrating 2025

Every Rally matters. But our 8th year-end Reach Rally felt like a marker — a moment where you pause and realize just how far our team has come.

We welcomed Brandon Ford to his first Rally. Hearing him share how much he’s loving being part of Reach — and how impactful Darold’s mentorship has been — was powerful. That’s the model working. Dedicated techs. Shared wisdom. Growth that’s intentional.

Our Q4 Hero accomplishment recognized Darold Slack as a Reach SuperHero for posting 113 labor hours in October. That’s consistency. Discipline. Pride in the craft.

We also told the sacred story of how Reach Tips began. It started with a simple question:

“What if dental assistants could just watch a short video and handle basic maintenance themselves?”

Today there are 36 videos. More than 150,000 views. One idea turned into something that genuinely helps offices every single day.

Then we looked at the scoreboard for 2025:

• 315 new clients

• 12% revenue growth

• 300% increase in profit

• 99.8% inventory accuracy

And individual excellence:

• Jr Simard: +61 new clients

• Avery Galindo: +2.3 LHD growth

• Darold Slack: Top overall producer with 1,123 hours (4.8 LHD)

We added five new team members. We developed the Equipment Health Check. We launched AI voice memo Recare recommendations.

But what I’m most proud of was the spirit of the team -- how they care about their clients, sharpen one another, and believe the work truly matters.

2025 was strong.

2026? We expect even more.
