Welcome to Reach: Brandon Ford Joins Our Team

We’re excited to welcome Brandon Ford as the third Reach technician serving the Portland metro area.

Brandon comes to Reach after eight years in technical support at A-dec, where he built a strong reputation for solving complex technical issues and supporting both field teams and manufacturing. His curiosity, persistence, and commitment to doing things the right way make him a natural fit for the level of care Reach clients expect.

As he begins building his territory, Brandon will be supported by both Darold Slack and Stanley Lumapas—two highly respected technicians whose field experience and client-first mindset will provide a strong foundation for his start. Brandon is approaching this opportunity with clarity and purpose. “What motivates me,” Brandon shared, “is building trust through fast response times and the quality of care I give each client. I’m excited to grow this territory and know that my effort directly shapes my success.”

He’s also energized by the autonomy and accountability that come with leading his own dedicated territory. “I love that there’s a direct connection between hard work and results,” he said. “If I stay proactive, persistent and communicate well, I know my clients—and my territory—will thrive.”
