What I Love About My Job!

Every so often I stop and think about what I really love about my job — and I wanted to share it with you.

What I love about my job - getting to spend quality time with my teammates.

I love meeting new technicians who get excited when they learn about Reach — an opportunity they never knew existed. I love talking with manufacturer leaders who realize how our level of service impacts the care of the equipment they sell. And I love interviewing potential techs and exploring empathy — how understanding what dental offices go through connects directly to the kind of service we deliver. Many realize it’s the work they’ve always wanted to do, even if they didn’t know it was possible.

I love watching confidence build during orientation as a new tech finds their voice to tell the Reach story. I love the calls when someone lands new clients and shares how offices are excited about a service model that finally makes sense. I love our weekly coaching sessions — celebrating wins, solving challenges, and building real relationships where we learn from each other.

I love being out in the field with our guys, seeing them deliver amazing service without restrictions or limitations. I love working with our operations team to make a technician’s job simpler — reducing friction, saving time, and helping them focus on what they do best: serving clients and growing their territory. I love our Reach Rallies, where we celebrate technicians who’ve earned it. Many come from places where recognition was rare; here, it’s part of who we are.

And I love those breakthrough moments — when something finally clicks and a technician sees what’s possible. Finally, I love that when we succeed as a team, we share in that success — not just in words, but in profit. It’s an incredible feeling to reward the people who helped create it.

That’s what I love about my job — and why I’m so passionate about the opportunity that exists here for great technicians.
